The manufacturer, Triangle Tube, in coordination with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, has issued a recall of certain boiler models due to a potential risk of carbon monoxide poisoning.

The recall covers: Prestige Solo, Prestige Excellence, and Aerco Esteem condensing gas boilers manufactured between December 2011 and April 2019, with serial number prefixes beginning with PT, PTE, PA, PEA, or AE. Visit www.triangletube.com for more information about the recall.

If You Own A Triangle Tube Boiler Please Take the Steps Below:

1. Call Quinoco at 860.583.4609 to schedule an appointment with one of our Service Supervisors to discuss replacement options.

2. Ensure your carbon monoxide detectors are functioning properly; if you do not have them installed, please install them immediately.

3. Familiarize yourself with symptoms of carbon monoxide exposure, including headache, dizziness, nausea, confusion, and fatigue. If you or anyone in your household experiences these symptoms, leave the premises immediately and contact emergency services.
